Me being new to the pellet stove thing a few years ago I thought this was a normal process. Was I so wrong. Going to order another 2 tons of these nightmare pellets the company ran out and forced me to look for another brand. (Thank God) I came across these pellets called “Green Team” bought from Lowes. All I can say is WHAT A DIFFERENCE.I bought these pellets at Costco because they were $1 a bag cheaper than the Green Supreme by Lignetics. These pellets don't burn as hot and leave a ton of ash. They also burn much faster than the Green Supreme. I have a Quadra-Fire stove. Not worth the $1 a bag saving. I'm going back to the Green Supreme.Energex Wood Fuel Pellets.
